My experience in elderly taking care of a bedridden japanese national in philippines he is in tracheostomy and everytime he need suction to get his phlegm on his chest to be comfortable for breathing,
Next is Female filipina her illness is a parkinsons and shes feeding in NGT, every day i prepared her blended meal to become liquid.
Next Patient i taking care of is a Dialysis PT i bring her in the hospital 3times a week,I assist her in and prepare all the medicine she needs to take.

– Assisting Dialysis Patient in the hospital 3 times a week taking medicine
– Assist with Dialysis Treatment: Assist the patient with dialysis treatment,
including setting up equipment, monitoring treatment, and responding to any issues.
– Personal Care: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities,
such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
– Medication Management: Assist with medication management, including
reminding the patient to take medication and monitoring for side effects.
– NGT Care: Provide routine care and maintenance of the NGT, including
checking the tube’s placement, securing it properly, and ensuring it’s
functioning correctly.
– Feeding Assistance: Assist with feeding the patient through the NGT, including
preparing and administering feedings, and monitoring for any issues.
– Medication Administration: Administer medications through the NGT, following
established protocols and guidelines.
– Monitoring: Monitor the patient’s condition, including checking for signs of
complications, such as tube displacement or blockage.
– Tracheostomy Care: Provide routine tracheostomy care, including cleaning
and dressing the stoma site, and ensuring the tracheostomy tube is secure and functioning properly.
– Suctioning: Perform suctioning procedures to clear the patient’s airway, using sterile technique and following established protocols.
– Respiratory Support: Provide respiratory support, including oxygen therapy, and monitoring the patient’s oxygen saturation levels.
– Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, such as oxygen saturation, heart
rate, and blood pressure, and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
