All of Thailand. You can search by province and district.

Do caregivers take overnight jobs? +
Yes. Caregivers offer both live-out (daily) and live-in (overnight) care, depending on each caregiver.
Can caregivers look after bedridden patients? +
Yes. Caregivers with suctioning or tube-feeding skills list them on their profile.
How do I choose the right caregiver for my elderly relative? +
Check the skills, experience, reviews and ID verification badge on their profile, then message them to discuss the details before you decide.
Are there foreign caregivers? +
Yes, there are both Thai and foreign caregivers. Their nationality and the languages they speak are listed on their profile.
Care Centers
What services do care centers offer? +
Daily or monthly care, physical therapy, rehabilitation and bedridden patient care, depending on the center.
How much do care centers cost? +
It depends on the level of care and the room. See the price range on each listing, or ask the center directly.
Can I visit a center before deciding? +
Yes. We recommend always booking a visit and talking with the staff first.
Jobs & applications
How do I sign up as a caregiver? +
Tap "Post a Listing", choose "I'm a caregiver" and create your profile. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Where can I find care jobs? +
See the job posts under "Find Care Jobs" in the menu. You can search by area and type of work.
Do I need a certificate to sign up? +
It's not required, but having a certificate, experience and a verified ID helps families trust you.
Does signing up cost anything? +
No. Creating a profile and receiving contacts from families is free.
Rates & payments
Does posting a listing cost anything? +
Posting is free for caregivers, care centers and families looking for care.
How do I pay the caregiver? +
You agree on terms and pay the caregiver directly. CareMatePro takes no commission.
How much do caregivers charge? +
It depends on the type of work and the area. Use the rates caregivers list on their profiles as a guide.
Are there any hidden agency fees? +
No. We want every family to be able to find care without hidden costs.
Safety & verification
How does CareMatePro verify caregivers? +
Caregivers verify their identity with their national ID card and a selfie. Those who pass get an "ID verified" badge on their profile.
What does the "ID verified" badge mean? +
The caregiver has verified their real identity with us. Some also have a background check and verified certificates.
Is my personal data safe? +
We protect your data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and never share phone numbers or contact details without permission.
What should I watch out for before hiring a caregiver? +
Meet in person, ask to see their ID card, make a clear agreement, and don't transfer a large deposit before work starts.
